Today's posts and Spiritual Progression Path theme is all about the 'Light'. We speak of the 'light' or the 'Light'. There is a difference. What does the light or Light mean to you and if it exposes, then what would be exposed if you were put under the 'light' or standing in the 'Light'. Eeeeek! Most of us have seen 'Edward' in Twilight when he was exposed to the Light. He looked Good on the outside, but he knew what was on the inside. Eeeeek! Still in all his vampireness, he was a Good guy. Just mentate on this. The guy was honest about himself. Are you honest about yourself if you were exposed to the 'Light'. Try on this little prayer and see if it helps. And the music video below, listen to this as a conversation between you and God singing back and forth to each other. You will be able to tell who is saying what to who. ~Enjoy!

Father, I do not know how many times in my Life I have read and heard today's reading below and yet it had not dawned on me as much as it has today the impact of the Light. I found myself reading verse 20 over and over again, bouncing my eyes back up to 19 and then back down to 20 and 21, then back up to 19 and then back down to 20 and 21. It began to dawn on me, just as the dawn brings Light in the morning, that if I choose to follow and be guided by the Light (You), then everything in my Life would be Good. How could it not? Everything would turn out for the best, the way it should, without my ego interferring and manipulating the situation. If I truly followed the Light that would mean that I would always make Good and right choices. That would mean that I would always do the right thing. If I was committed to what was True and right, which is You, then I would have everything including joy, happiness and supreme Love. I believe that I knew this but to read verse 20 this morning, it has stuck with me.
Verse 20 also causes me to wonder, since the Light exposes and if it were shining on me, would I be afraid of the Light and what it exposed or would I say, "BRING IT!" This is a serious question mark I need to ask myself. If I were not afraid of the Light and what it exposed, would I be so quick to welcome it? Do I really welcome You? Thank You so much for this enLightenment and exposing what it is I need to look at about myself. And thank You for protecting me even when I have had a momentary lapse of reason or gave You every reason to throw Your Divine hands up in the air and walk away. Thank You for sticking with me. I Love You!

John 3:16-21
14 "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up,
15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal Life.
