Jupiter is all about ABUNDANCE and EXPANSION! Jupiter in Taurus is moving through your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, philosophy, religion and foreign affairs. Jupiter is often referred to as the planet of luck, but I prefer to call it the planet of "extra blessings." Your quest for "knowledge" is bumped up a few amps and herein lies the opportunity to expand your knowledge. This may come through any area of higher education, which would be beyond high school. This could include foreign travel, politics, religion, college, seminars and the like. The abundance is soooo big that you just may be granted money to accomplish this quest for more knowledge.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to remember that any decisions you make with regard to Jupiter will show its impact over the next 12 years because it will take Jupiter 12 years to get back to this same house after it passes through all the signs again. Think wisely, act wisely and react wisely. Check your Natal Chart for the area Jupiter will be impacting as well. This is abundantly important. Get it right now and lay that groundwork.

It's always interesting when Jupiter enters the 9th house because it causes a desire to experience more spirituality and possibly more religion in your Life. This is a time where you will begin to actually live what you believe instead of just blabbing lip service about what you believe. You will start connecting the spiritual dots. When you start living what you believe, you'll end up owning what you believe.

This could really turn out to be a fantabulous year for you if you choose to grab opportunities when they are presented to you. Since this is the house of foreign affairs, foreigners and foreign travel, you could easily find yourself traveling abroad. This could be for pleasure, educational purposes, a religious pilgrimage or all of the above. Remember, Jupiter brings extra blessings and since it naturally rules this 9th house (it's home base, it can be a very lucky time for you). Don't worry about how you will pay for a trip or education, leave that thought process to Jupiter and you will be taken care of in a wonderful way. Traveling overseas has a higher than likely probability. Gemini rarely travels outside of their own country because they rule local travel and now Jupiter in its home base rules long distance or foreign travel. You need to go get a passport so that opportunities don't pass you over.

You may be more generous and philanthropic than you ever have in the past. You may find yourself joining cultural groups or being more giving to the arts and sciences. Studying philosophy and other high schools of thought are likely.

Those of you who are divorced may find yourself engaged or getting married for the second time. I didn't type the third time, I said the second time. It doesn't mean that those Virgo's who have already been married twice won't get married again but the likelihood is higher for those who have already been married once. This 9th house is the house of in-laws, so this brings extra blessings where in-laws are concerned. You may even pick up new in-laws through someone else getting married or you getting married. Relationships with all in-laws should improve with Jupiter providing so many blessings.

If you find yourself in the middle of a court battle, SETTLE! Even in scripture it says that if you are going to court, settle with your brother before you get there. That means there has been agreement. Remember, you have extra blessings here so use Jupiter and SETTLE because it will work in your favor.

In a nutshell, after Jupiter leaves Taurus in your 9th house, you are going to be 10 times better the person than you have ever been. You can have all the money in the world, but unless you have wisdom, money will slip through your fingers pretty quickly and leave you with nothing. After this year, you will have added wisdom under your belt and then Jupiter will move into your 10th house of career and public life on June 11, 2012 and expand your base there for a year.

Never fear, this isn't such a bad thing because Saturn is actually 'exalted' in Libra. When a planet is exalted, it is said of a planet in its strongest, most creative sign placement: the sign of its Exaltation. Here it can express its energy in its highest, most positive form. The Sun is Exalted in Aries, the Moon in Taurus, Mercury in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces, Mars in Capricorn, Jupiter in Cancer, and Saturn in Libra.
