Never fear, this isn't such a bad thing because Saturn is actually 'exalted' in Libra. When a planet is exalted, it is said of a planet in its strongest, most creative sign placement: the sign of its Exaltation. Here it can express its energy in its highest, most positive form. The Sun is Exalted in Aries, the Moon in Taurus, Mercury in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces, Mars in Capricorn, Jupiter in Cancer, and Saturn in Libra. Exaltation is not particularly significant for the outer planets (Uranus, Pluto and Neptune).

Since this is the house of the spouse's money, your spouse may be in between jobs. Plan ahead! If you have a large payment due at the end of the year for taxes. Plan ahead! If you choose to ignore the "plan ahead" suggestion, you will learn a lesson that you will not soon forget. This is not meant to frighten you, only remind you to be responsible, mature and disciplined because that is what Saturn loves to teach.

This is a time where you should depend more on yourself in making money and depending on God to guide you. If you owe someone, then work on paying them back. Either through monetary payment or labor. You'll be glad you did. Saturn is karmic and is helping you settle the karma. Take this as a positive influence because it is.

Now it's time for you to show that you can be trusted with riches that are not yours so that you will be ready to receive abundantly. Practice makes perfect!
