This bath helps to clear painful emotions (forgiveness, anger, trust and 'conditional love') that can actually create so much stress in our bodies that it will literally change our body chemistry and lab values such as; blood pressure, hormones, cholesterol and C-Reactive Protein, which is a screening test for heart disease.

PACKAGE CONTAINS 40 BATHS: There are 2 lbs. of bath salt per package = to 3 cups = to 48 Tbsp. There is plenty of bath salt to have 40 baths because it only takes 1 Tbsp. per bath. 40 Tbsp. = 40 baths . . . Since the bath salt is highly concentrated only 1 Tbsp. per bath is needed.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1 Tbsp. per bath. Bathe 40 minutes. For the full meditation of the issue at hand, take 1 bath a day for 40 days or 1 bath a week for 40 weeks.
